Course Breakdown

Hour 1: Land Training and Safety Basics

We start with a land-based introduction to wing foiling, where you'll cover:

  • Understanding Wind and Environment: Learn how to assess wind conditions and read your environment, which is crucial for safe wing foiling.

  • Wing Setup and Handling: You’ll be introduced to your wing foil equipment, including how to set it up and manage the wing on land.

  • Safety Procedures: Learn essential safety guidelines, so you feel secure before heading into the water.

Hour 2: Tandem Water Balance (Taxi Phase)

During the second hour, you’ll head into the water, but don’t worry—you’ll still be working tandem with your instructor for a guided experience. This ensures that you can focus on learning without the pressure of doing it all on your own.

  • "Taxi" Technique: Work on balance while gliding on the water, controlling the wing, and keeping the board stable without trying to lift it off the surface.

  • Wing Control and Coordination: Practice controlling the wing to harness the wind’s power, with your instructor providing real-time guidance.

Hour 3: Tandem Wing Foiling Practice

In the final hour, you’ll continue to practice wing foiling, with your instructor closely assisting you in a tandem setup. This allows you to build confidence and refine your skills while benefiting from hands-on support.
